Every set of IQ/OQ/PQ documents contains a complete set of procedures and checklists for the verification steps. Each validation pack comes with a simple calibration device (validation plates) so that you can check the performance of your Synbiosis system against the PQ requirements. Every set of documents is unique to specific Synbiosis colony counter or zone analysis systems.

Validation plates are available for pour plates, colony counts, colour classification, zone measurement, eAST validation, spiral plates, SBA (serum bactericidal assay) and OPKA (opsonophagocytic killing assay) validation. Using these validation plates and associated documents your QC department can carry out IQ/OQ and PQ procedures or trained Synbiosis personnel and distributors can perform these procedures, for a nominal charge.
