ProtoCOL SR and HR can be used for the measurement of SRD reaction zones for quality control of viral vaccines. Measuring zones of haemolysis or diffusion is quick and efficient, providing the most popular method of automating this assay. Zones can be measured singly or several at a time. Each zone is measured to very high levels of accuracy and reproducibility. These systems are ideal where you have a requirement for both colony counting and zone sizing.
