The low cost aCOLyte system features two arrays of LEDs allowing incident, transmitted and dark field illumination and a colour CCD camera enabling you to image, precisely reproduce and view in full colour on-screen any coloured colony. Using the semi-automated (Click’n’Count) or automated (SuperCount) versions of aCOLyte system you can enumerate and thus identify a number of different coloured colonies on one plate. You can also then save your plate image and colony counts automatically to maintain an accurate record of the results.
