AutoZONE is an automatic zone analysis system and allows you to measure reaction zones and single radial immunodiffusion assay plates with unparalleled accuracy, at a fraction of the time and cost of generating manual measurements.
With AutoZONE you can rapidly perform:
· Multi-zone bioassay plate analysis (including 36 and 64 zone plates)
· Single radial immunodiffusion assay plates
· Other inhibition and exhibition zone analysis applications, including vitamin potency and immunological zone analysis
It is also possible to perform the automatic analysis of multiple inhibition zone analysis plates for combined result calculation for potency testing (90mm or 150mm diameter plates).
